I started painting because therapy told me to — and at the time, words weren’t cutting it.
What began as doodles in a notebook turned into a signature portrait style, a mental health lifeline, and eventually, a thriving business that let me pay the bills without abandoning my creativity.
I developed the Monopalette Technique — a way of painting that simplifies portraiture into six values of a single hue.
It worked so well that I turned it into a paint class format. I hosted my first Paint Your Pet workshop in a tiny town, and the response blew me away.
Today, that technique is at the heart of my business. I use it to teach other creatives how to run classes that are easy to teach, fun for students, and profitable as hell.
I believe art heals.
I believe everyone is creative (yes, even you).
I believe artists deserve to make money without shame or apology.
And I believe in building a creative career that fits your real life — messy, brilliant, cat-hair-covered and all.
If you’re a creative woman who’s ready to make money from your talent — without selling out or giving up your soul — you’re in the right place.
