Tinted & Minted offers a full refund within the first 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

You must have purchased the item no more than 14 days prior to requesting a refund

If the item is a course, you must not have viewed or in any way accessed content beyond Module 3

If the item is a course, you must not have downloaded any of the printable files beyond Module 3
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at [email protected]
EXEMPT GOODS
The following are exempt from refunds:

Paint Kits

Image Production

Courses that have been accessed beyond Module 3
Once your refund request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. If you meet the eligibility requirements, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Tinted & Minted can not guarantee when your refund will be posted to your original payment account, as processing times differ from one financial institution to another.
LOST OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank/credit card account again. Then, contact your bank/credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
