Payment for image modification is required prior to uploading the images for each class you facilitate. Enter the number of students that will be attending your class below, then add to cart and complete the checkout process. Once your payment is complete, upload the images to your G-drive folder. *NOTE – we require a minimum of 3 days to produce and return the modified images to your folder.

LEGAL DISCLAIMER: Only photos taken by you or for which you have received consent to use may be uploaded. By uploading an image, you confirm the following:

1. That you are the photographer or have been given permission by the photographer for its use.
2. That you have the right and power to grant permissions to use the image.
3. That you are granting a licence to Tinted & Minted to use the image for their purposes without requiring further consent from you.
4. That all images uploaded on this website or provided to Tinted & Minted in any manner may be used by Tinted & Minted on our website and our social media pages.
5. That the image may be used by us for advertising purposes.
6. If we have any reason to believe that a copyright infringement has taken place regarding any image that has been provided to us, we may refuse to accept the image for processing.
7. If a photo uploaded by you is the subject of a copyright infringement and we are contacted with respect to same, you will be responsible to indemnify us for all costs incurred due to the infringement.
8. That the image created by us is a work of art and is always subject to the Artist’s creative expression regardless of your personal expectation. No refunds will be provided once the image has been created and no requests for same will be entertained.
